Edit your account information
If you need to edit your account information, this article will walk you through the process. If you're a customer and you need to change the details on a ticket you've already bought, please read this article.
To update your account information, log in to Helm Tickets.
Click your name on the left-hand sidebar and select 'My Profile' from the drop-down options.
Step 2 - Update your details
Here you can update all of your information, including:
- Email address
- Postal address
If you have an Organiser account, you can also update your VAT number.
Ensure you select 'Update Details', 'Update Address' or 'Update Password', depending on what you've changed.
