How to verify your account

YOU'LL NEED:

If verifying as an individual or a charity:

  1. Your name, date of birth, and current address
  2. A scan or clear photo of an ID document registered to you - this can be a passport, government-issued ID or driving licence

If verifying as a business:

  1. Your name, date of birth, and current address
  2. Your business' name, registered address and Companies House Registration Number
  3. A scan or clear photo of an ID document registered to you - this can be a passport, government-issued ID or driving licence
  • If you're a charity, you'll need to verify as an individual. Once you've verified you can then add the charity's bank account details to receive payouts
  • If you're already registered with Helm Tickets, all you need to do is upload your identity documents. We'll migrate the rest of the information over to the new system.
  • When uploading the image of your ID, please make sure it's in JPEG or PNG format and is less than 8MB in size. The image must be clear, in colour and show the entire ID, including all edges and corners, with no information covered

How to verify:

  • Enter your details and business details (if registering as a business)
  • Select your ID type and upload the image
  • Press submit

Verification can take up to 72 hours to complete but it's usually complete a lot quicker! As soon as you're verified, you'll be able to add your billing details to start receiving your payouts.

All new organisers are automatically enrolled in our new payout service, which provides a more secure and flexible way for you to receive your ticket revenue.

The process follows the same practices as financial institutions (banks or advisors) and solicitors, called Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. We conduct these checks to securely verify that you are who you say you are, either as an individual or business.

This makes sure we have the correct information before making a payout, and increases security for all organisers using our system and your customers.
