How to download your ticket

If you've bought a ticket, there are different ways you can access it:

1. Order confirmation screen

2. Confirmation email. If you can't find the email, make sure you've checked your spam folder

3. Your Helm account if you made one when buying the ticket - select "purchases"

If you still have trouble accessing your tickets following these steps, contact the planner or get in touch with us

Please make sure to include the name of the event you purchased tickets for in your contact.

If you need a copy of your tickets resent please contact Helm, or the Planner directly and we can arrange a copy to be resent.
