How to download your ticket
If you've purchased a ticket, there are a couple of different ways you can access your ticket including following completion of your order, from your account or through email.
To access your tickets, you'll have to log into your Helm Tickets account. You may have created this account during the purchase process or logged in to an existing account.

On completion of your purchase, you'll be directed to a screen confirming your order was successful where there is also a 'Download Tickets' button.
This will take you to your 'View Order' page, where you can download your ticket directly to your device. Here you can also download your VAT invoice.
After completing your order, you will also be emailed confirmation of your order. The email will be from 'Helm Tickets' with the subject line 'Your Tickets Are Here'. Within the email, you'll find a link to the previously mentioned 'View Order' page - you will have to log into your account to access this page.
If you can't find the email, make sure you've checked your spam folder!
On Your Account
If you're already logged into your Helm Tickets account, you can view your orders by selecting 'My Purchases' from the lefthand sidebar.
Next, selecting 'View Order' from the event.
If you have a lot of previous ticket orders, you can select to order the page by purchase date.
As above, this will take you to the page where you can select 'Download Ticket'.
