Updating your ticket information

Helm Tickets is a self-service ticketing platform for event organisers. This means we can't edit your tickets should your choices or personal information change. 

Please contact the event planner if you need to update your ticketing information.

You can find the organiser's details on the event page where you bought your ticket.

You can search all public events on the 'Find Events' page at helmtickets.com. Once you're on the event, you can click 'Contact Organiser'.
