How can my customers pay for a ticket?

From card to invoice, online to offline. We've got your back.

We use Stripe as our payment processing tool. Their secure platform and ability to support any card/currency type under the sun is used by thousands of the world's largest online services. More info on Stripe can be found here: https://stripe.com/

International cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express in 135+ currencies.

You can also process offline payments such as cash and cheque.

This can be done by following these steps:

  1. Head to the event dashboard for the event you would like to process an offline ticket for.
  2. Click "Process Offline Tickets".
  3. Process the ticket exactly how an attendee would by entering all the relevant information for each ticket holder, including the relevant main ticket purchaser information (the person who you want to receive emails about their tickets and the event).
  4. Customers will be emailed their tickets for the event and will receive an email giving them a chance to create an account with Helm so they can download their tickets and a receipt for their order whenever they wish.
