How to Resend Tickets to an Attendee
As an attendee, it's easy to misplace your tickets. Usually, you'd have to reach out to either Helm or the Planner and request a copy, which would normally be sent as a PDF after verifying some security questions. This process is made much easier with our resend function.
You can resend a copy of the attendee's tickets as a Planner using the "Actions" dropdown on the "View Order" page, as seen below. Once you click "Resend Ticket", an email will be sent directly to the attendee's registered email address, and there is no requirement to download the PDF version.
