Why has my card been declined
Is your card being blocked or declined when you're trying to buy tickets?
It can be incredibly frustrating when you've gone through the checkout only to have your card declined or blocked. Generally, though, it's nothing to worry about and can easily be resolved. We've put together a list of the most common reasons why your card would be declined or blocked below, but if you need assistance, don't hesitate to message customer support.
Decline Code | Description |
Incorrect CVC | The last three digits on the back of the card were entered incorrectly. |
Incorrect Number | The card number entered is incorrect, and you should try again. |
Incorrect Zip/Postcode | The postcode/zip entered is incorrect, and you should try again. |
Insufficient Funds | The card you're using has insufficient funds to complete your order; please try using a different card. |
Expired Card | The card you are trying to use has expired, and an in-date card should be used |
Do Not Honor | The card has been declined for an unknown reason, and you should contact your card issuer/bank |
Pickup Card | This card cannot be used to make this payment; please contact your card issuer/bank. |
Processing Error | Please try again as an error occurred. If this problem continues, please try again at a later time. |
Restricted Card | This card cannot be used to make this payment; please contact your card issuer/bank. |
Transaction Not Allowed | The card has been declined for an unknown reason, and you should contact your card issuer/bank for more information. |
