Problems buying tickets

If you're having problems purchasing tickets, this article will guide you through some troubleshooting options.

  1. Clear your cache
    Sometimes, simply clearing your browser's cache can solve web issues. The process for doing this is very quick but differs between web browsers and devices. The following are links to cache clearing tutorials for some of the most common browsers:

  2. Disabling extensions
    Often browser extensions can interfere with web pages. Problems can sometimes arise when using common extensions like Adblock or Grammarly. Test whether or not an extension could be causing you issues by trying to make the purchase in Incognito/Private browsing mode. Unless you have set your extension permissions as otherwise, this will disable them temporarily.
  3. Trying a different device
    Try to make the purchase using a different computer or device, this can sometimes resolve issues around personal device settings.
  4. Contact support
