Problems buying tickets

If you're having problems buying tickets, try these troubleshooting options.

1. Clear your cache
Sometimes simply clearing your browser's cache can solve web issues. The process for doing this is very quick but is different for different web browsers and devices.

2. Disable extensions
Often browser extensions can interfere with web pages. You can sometimes have problems if you use common extensions like Adblock or Grammarly. Test whether or not an extension could be causing you issues by trying to buy the ticket in Incognito or Private Browsing mode. Unless you've set your extension permissions differently, this will disable them temporarily.

3. Try a different device 
Try to buy the ticket using a different computer or device. This can sometimes resolve issues around personal device settings.
