Where's my payout?

Payments are processed as default on the 8th of each month, but it can take between 3 and 10 days to arrive in your account. This delay is caused by your bank processing your payment and is out of our hands. Sometimes it takes up to 14 days to be processed by your bank if it's a very large amount.

If it's still not in your account after 14 days, then please get in touch with us so we can investigate the payment.

Please make sure you've submitted your payment details correctly and before the cut-off date for payments, otherwise you might have to wait until the next payment cycle. 

The cut-off date for new revenues is on the last day of each month. This means you will be paid revenues collected from the 1st - 31st (or the last day of the month).
