Helm Tickets is a self-service ticketing platform. This means we can't give advice on specific events.

If you need to know any further information about an event, please contact the organiser. You can find the organiser's details on the event page where you bought your ticket.

You can search all public events the 'Find Events' page at helmtickets.com. Once you're on the event, you can click 'Contact Organiser'.

If you're having trouble booking tickets and need to start a support conversation, please provide as much detail as possible, including the event you're trying to buy tickets for and the type of issue you're experiencing.
