Failed payouts
A payout can fail for the following reasons:
- Your payout amount is below the minimum of £75/$75/€75 (after deductions)
- No billing details have been added to your account
- Incorrect billing details have been added to your account
- Your account has not been verified
A failed payout will appear on the next statement for the full statement amount (before deductions). If you’re not verified or don’t have bank account details, warning messages are displayed in the ‘next payout’ card on your dashboard.
If the full amount due to be paid out isn’t available, the remaining amount will be added to the next statement. This can happen if payments from attendees haven’t cleared in time.
