Adding dates in bulk

If your event occurs regularly, you can easily add multiple dates in bulk to save you some time!

Adding dates in bulk:

  • On the event creation page, when entering the dates, click the "Add dates in bulk" option. This will give you a box to fill in
  • Set the duration of your event. This can be in minutes, hours, days, weeks or months
  • Choose the date you want your event to start - don't forget to include the start time!
  • Choose how often you'd like this time slot to be repeated. Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Each selection will give you different following options to choose from - Selecting 'never' only gives you one date and time slot
  • Daily: Choose how often you want the event to repeat with the 'Repeat every' option (e.g. every 2 days). Choose a date for the events to end OR choose how many repeats the event will end after
  • Weekly: Choose how often you want the event to repeat with the 'Repeat every' option (e.g. every 2 weeks). Select which day(s) you want your event to repeat on. Choose a date for your events to finish on or choose how many times the event will repeat before ending
  • Monthly: Choose how often you want the event to repeat with the 'Repeat every' option (e.g. every 2 months). Choose if the event will repeat on a specific day each month with 'Repeat on Day', 'Repeat on' the first, second, third fourth or last; day, week day, or weekend day or you can select a specific day Monday - Sunday. Select the 'End on' date selector or choose 'End after' a specific amount of repeats
  • Yearly: Choose how often you want the event to repeat with the 'Repeat every' option (e.g. every 2 Years). Choose which month and day you want the event to repeat on OR choose your event to repeat on the first, second, third, fourth or last day of a week day, weekend day or you can select a specific day Monday - Sunday and the month. Select the 'End on' date selector or choose 'End after' a specific amount of repeats
  • The 'Repeat every' option allows you to choose the amount of repeats each day, week, month or year your event will be. For example, repeat every 2 with monthly selected will repeat the event every 2 months on the same day and time
  • The 'End on' option is a date selector that allows you to set a specific date and time you want your repeated events to end on
  • The 'End after' option allows you to set how many times your event can repeat until it ends
  • When you make your selections, there's a box at the bottom that shows how many slots will be created, when they will be repeated and when they will end. Please note: you can only create 100 slots at a time

  • Click the "create slots" button - you're done! It may be worth checking over the slots created to make sure they're correct
