How to download your event guest list
From time to time, you may need to download your guestlist to plan your event, for example, to review additional options, like dietary requirements or to create your seating plan. Fortunately, it's really easy to access your guest list from the event dashboard.
1. Log into your Helm Tickets account.
2. Once logged in, you'll see your account dashboard. From here, click 'Events' in the left-hand sidebar and select 'View Your Events' from the drop-down.
3. Locate your event - you can do this by looking down the list or searching and selecting 'View Event' (the Eye icon).
4. Now you'll see your event dashboard. Look to the 'Tools' module in the middle of the dash and select 'Download Guest List CSV' - the list will automatically download!
As a CSV file (comma separated values), you can open the list in any spreadsheet application.
Privacy: Please bear in mind that the CSV will contain the personal details of all of your attendees and could include sensitive information.
Be sure to delete the file from your device when you have completed your planning for the event and only share data you need to with suppliers.
The CSV will continue to be available as a download from your Helm Tickets dashboard once the event has passed.
