Downloading a tax receipt

Please note: 

Registering for an account AFTER you've bought a ticket will not let you download a tax receipt. If you've bought tickets with a guest account you won't be able to download a tax receipt.

Please contact us if you need a tax receipt for your order and we will happily generate one for you. 

Downloading a tax receipt through your Helm Tickets account

Log into your Helm Tickets account here: helmtickets.com/account/login.

Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘Purchases’ under your profile picture at the top right hand side of the page.

This will open a dashboard displaying each of your orders. Find the order you need a tax receipt for and click ‘View Order’. 

This will open an overview of the selected order, with details of the purchase. At the top right, you’ll see an 'actions' button. When you click here you can see where to download your tax/VAT receipt from.
