How to cancel or delete an event
Events can only be cancelled if no tickets have been sold or if all tickets have been cancelled/refunded.
To cancel an event, log into your account and head to your event dashboard.
Finding the dashboard: Click ‘Events’ on the left sidebar and select ‘View my events’ from the drop-down.
On the event list, locate the event you’d like to cancel and click the eye icon (‘View Event’) on the right in the ‘Actions’ column.
Once you’re on the event dashboard, look to the Options & Info module on the event dashboard.
At the bottom, you can select ‘Delete this event’. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the event before you do.
If your event still has valid orders, the dashboard will show you this popup when you attempt to click ‘Delete this event’.
