Win A Georgian Home Entries/Refunds

Helm Tickets is not affiliated in any way with the Win a Georgian Home event. The organiser of Win a Georgian Home has chosen Helm as a platform to sell tickets and not to promote or manage the event.

Due to the regulations set out by the  Gambling Commission, all entries to competitions must be final and all tickets purchased will be given an entry to the draw, whereby either a main competition prize or a cash alternative must be available.

Further to this, as per the  Terms & Conditions outlined on winageorgianhome.co.uk, Helm also would be in direct violation of the policies laid out in the organisers documentation if refunds are issued by Helm. 

"All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date." 

This means, if your entry was made before the competition's closing date there are, unfortunately, no grounds present in which we can fulfil your request for a refund.
