Draft, Public and Private events

When creating an event, you are able to choose between keeping the event as a draft, making it public or keeping it private. This article will run through the differences between these options.

A draft event means only you can see it.  Drafts will not appear as part of your embedded calendar and it's great to use if you want to pre-prepare events to push live at a later date.

A private event can only be accessed by anyone with the link or if you embed your calendar or the event itself. Private events will not appear on the Helm Tickets 'Events' page. This is useful if you want to create a members-only event and share the event with specific people.

Public events are visible by anyone and will be listed on the Helm Tickets 'Events' page.
