Adding notes to orders
This article will walk you through the process of using the Order Notes functionality.
Order notes are private notes only you, the organiser can see, the notes will not be displayed on tickets or to the Customer but will be listed on the downloadable guest list CSV.
Adding notes to individual recent orders
From your event dashboard, in the 'Latest orders' section, click 'View all orders'
Click on the "View order" button on the order you'd like to add a note to from the Latest Orders module.
From the order panel, you can add a note below the order details by clicking the pencil icon next to 'Order Notes'
A text field will open for you to enter your note, ensure you click 'Save note' once complete.
