Adding notes to orders

This article will walk you through the process of using the Order Notes functionality.

Order notes are private notes only you can see, the notes will not be displayed on tickets or to the Customer but will be listed on the downloadable guestlist CSV.



There are two ways to add order notes, through the All Orders page or on each individual order.

Adding notes to individual recent Orders

Step 1 - Navigate to the event page
On your dashboard, select the ‘Events’ drop down from the left-hand sidebar and click ‘View All Events’. Then find the event you want to add tickets to (you can use the search bar!). Next, select ‘View Event’ (Eye icon) from the Actions column.  


Step 2
Click on the order you'd like to add a note to from the Latest Orders module.


Step 3
From the order panel, you can add a note below the order details by clicking the pencil icon next to 'Order Notes'


Step 4

A text field will open for you to enter your note, ensure you click 'Save note' once complete.



Using the All Orders Page
This is the quickest method if you need to add notes to multiple orders or every order.

Step 1 - Navigate to the event page
On your dashboard, select the ‘Events’ drop down from the left-hand sidebar and click ‘View All Events’. Then find the event you want to add tickets to (you can use the search bar!). Next, select ‘View Event’ (Eye icon) from the Actions column.  



Step 2 - View All Orders
Once you're on the event page select 'View All Orders' from the 'Latest Orders' module.


This will show you the full list of orders for your event. From here,  you can see a note icon under the 'Actions' column.


Step 3 
Click the icon to add a note to the order. Ensure you click the save icon/Leave a Note button.
