How to register and buy tickets

When purchasing tickets you can either checkout as a guest, register for a Helm account or log into an existing account.

If you create a Helm account, you'll be able to access your tickets at your own convenience without needing to search for the confirmation email.

This guide will walk you through the steps of creating an account and purchasing a ticket.

Step 1
Find the event you'd like to purchase tickets for and add them to your basket and click 'Checkout'.

After selecting 'Checkout', you may be shown Terms & Conditions specific to the event you're purchasing tickets for. Once you're happy with them, select 'Accept & Continue'.

Step 2
On the next page, you can log in if you already have an account or select 'I do not have an account with Helm Tickets' to create one.

Then, fill in every field on the page including 'Email address' and 'Password' at the top.

Step 3 
Once you've registered or logged in, click 'Next'. Here you can fill out all of the details for each ticket you're purchasing. Select 'Save & Proceed to Checkout' - then you can complete the purchase process by entering your payment details.

Step 4
Once your order is complete, you are able to download your tickets.
