How to register and buy tickets
When you buy tickets you can either:
- Checkout as a guest
- Register for a Helm Tickets account
- Log into an existing Helm Tickets account
If you create a Helm account, you'll be able to access your tickets at your own convenience without needing to search for the confirmation email.
To create an account and buy tickets- Find the event you'd like to buy tickets for, add them to your basket and click 'checkout'
- After clicking checkout, you might see the terms & conditions specific to the event you're buying tickets for. Once you're happy with them, select 'accept & continue'
- On the next page, click 'register for an account with Helm Tickets'
- Fill in every field on the page including 'Email address' and 'Password' at the top.
- Once you've registered or logged in, click 'next'. Here you can fill out all of the details for each ticket you're buying
- Select 'Save & proceed to checkout' - to enter your payment details and complete the process
- You can now download your tickets
