How to register and buy tickets

At the moment, to purchase tickets customers must register. A guest checkout will be coming to the platform in the future update so keep your eyes peeled!

If you don't already have a Helm Tickets account, this guide will walk you through the steps of creating an account and purchasing a ticket.

Step 1
Find the event you'd like to purchase tickets for and add them to your basket and click 'Checkout'.

After selecting 'Checkout', you may be shown Terms & Conditions specific to the event you're purchasing tickets for. Once you're happy with them, select 'Accept & Continue'.

Step 2
On the next page, you can log in if you already have an account or select 'I do not have an account with Helm Tickets' to create one.

Then, fill in every field on the page including 'Email address' and 'Password' at the top.

Step 3 
Once you've registered or logged in, click 'Next'. Here you can fill out all of the details for each ticket you're purchasing. Select 'Save & Proceed to Checkout' - then you can complete the purchase process by entering your payment details.

Step 4
Once your order is complete, you are able to download your tickets.
