Yes! We take attendee and organiser security very seriously at Helm Tickets.

Stripe is our payment processor of choice as it's PCI level 1 compliant (the highest level of PCI compliance you can get); PSD2 compliant (for marketplaces such as Helm) and much more including the latest Customer Due Dilligence (CDD) and Secure Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations.

The embeddable ticket iFrame is on a HTTPS connection and is secured by SSL.

We also use machine learning to detect discrepancies in data to further secure information to fully protect our planners and their attendees.
