How can I get a refund?

Tickets with Refund Protect
If you've recently bought a ticket and want to get a refund, you should first check whether you've bought Refund Protect. If you have, please head to Refund Protect's website here to start the process to get your refund: https://form.refundable.me/forms/refund

If you have any queries surrounding how this works, please contact Refund Protect directly as they will handle the entire process from start to finish.

Tickets without Refund Protect
If you don't have Refund Protect on your ticket, you should contact the event planner. They may or may not allow refunds. This will be set out in their terms and conditions, which you accepted when you bought your ticket.

If you bought your ticket directly from the Helm Tickets website, you can contact the planner directly from the event page:

If you bought from the planner's website, they may also have a contact button on there. If not, contact us with your order ID and the name of the event and we'll put you in touch with the planner.

If your refund was processed the same day as you purchased a ticket this will most likely go through as a reversal, and drop off your pending balance.

If your refund was processed at any other time please allow 5 to 10 working days for refunds to clear in your bank account or show on your credit card statement once they've been processed. (They usually appear within 48 hours, but there can sometimes be delays that are out of our control)

If the planner cancels, reschedules or changes the location of the event
You're entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket if the planner has cancelled, rescheduled or has changed the location of an event.

If an event planner has listed in their terms & conditions that no refunds are available, you should still contact them first to resolve the situation.
