Why Can't I Issue a Refund?

Your ability to issue refunds is determined by whether you still have revenue pending payout. 

If you have received a payout for all of your ticket revenues for your event, a refund cannot be initiated without help from our support team.

You cannot process refunds if your event date has passed - contact our support team for assistance if this is the case for you.
