Why can't I issue a refund?
Refunds can be issued so long as your event is running and has not exceeded the end date.
Your ability to issue refunds is determined by whether you still have revenue pending payout to your own bank account.
If you have received a payout for all of your ticket sales transacted for your event, a refund cannot be initiated without intervention from our support team.
To summarise, you will not be able to issue refunds if:
- Your event is over
- You have received a full payout
